    Skinless Duck Breast - butterflied.
    3 tsp honey
    2 TBSP White Sesame seeds
    3-4 TBSP Soy Sauce
3 tsp oil (i used rice-bran, but anything with a decent smoke-point will do)

    Heat non-stick pan.
Put in honey, and soy. Heat until honey is runny and fully combined with soy. Add Sesame seeds.
Add duck breast. You want to turn the duck every 15 seconds until it is done to medium. Continuously spoon the sauce over the duck.

    Serve with steamed veges.

Interesting idea, looks really good! The sesame would add a nice contrast in texture

By butterflying the duck breast, it will cook like a steak.
I like it when a plan works out
