    Wild game pies etc Christchurch

I remember ready of an outfit that turned your game meat into pies. I eat at least 1 pie a day so this would be handy.

Have a deer and a sheep hanging up and I’m sick of steaks so keen on:
    Pies
    Venison bacon
    Chorizo or Sicilian sausage
    Beirstick
    Any other specialty item

    Any one have any recommendations?

Cured do a terrific bierstick and their spicy hungarian sausage is bloody good, just enough spice to keep my sausage mad kids away from them.

They are partial to a sausy with in bread with sauce and mustard just like at bunnings to be fair.

The silly little buggers had a wee "accident" helping themselves to Dads Carolina reaper hot sauce a few months ago so their careful around anything spicy still.

You could try butchers pies in Rolleston if you want pies made.

Cured also gets my vote - had Hungarian sausages made from venison and most recently pork that are bloody good. They also do the Reaper flavour in biersticks and salami if more spice is more gooderer! Have a chat to Kurt for ideas particularly with the wild mutton.

Pretty confident Sims bakery in Ashburton made pies with meat you supplied but it was a few years ago.

Yes done ham before, just awkward having entire leg. Bacon packaged in say 300 gram packs would be ideal.

    Yes schnitzel is very good

You can get the leg cut into smaller pieces so you don't have a big leg off ham to eat lol I cut leg into 2 or 3 depending on size

If you like steamed meat buns, like what I shared before. or dumplings, bill it or fry, or maybe Chinese style of pizza, then let me I know I can make it for you for FREE. I got tools, but do `t have facility to make them so.
    So be it
