Are they still using 6061 t6 or have they upgraded to 7075? Think its time for another AR. this could be it. QD Suppressor would be awesome.

The specs on the website state that they are still using 6061. I do know that they are intending to move to 7075 though - im not sure if the move has already been made.

Oh Digit my missus will just roll her eyes at me again now
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

You may be surprised about how many husbands have their guns delivered to work or a mates place (with appropriate licence) or pick up just to avoid "her indoors"
    We happily provide that service

Sounds good to me. When everything comes in my build would be one of the new gen rifles with a midwest industries ss GEN 2 forend. Would you be doing makes like this? similar to your samson rifles.

When you say matched lower/upper, do you mean matched as in both the same size while within machining/milspec tolerances to ensure good fit?
That's my only upset with my old NEA Digit, the movement between upper and lower, even though it doesn't seem to affect her performance.
Also what sort of cash are we talking for an 18" upper?
    Thanks
