What did you 3d print the baffles out of? Just an ordinary plastic or was it a special one?

What's the service life of the abs? A certain amount of rounds or just until it's not so quiet anymore?

The blast baffle is about 20'm thick. I have put about 1000 rounds through one of my ABS suppressor s with no visible wear

Is that 20 thousandth of something or just 20 mm.

That's quite good wear? What sort if plans did you use or was it just off a drawing off the Web?

And are the baffles hole less until the first bullet is fired like the welrod or do you drill a 22. Sized hole for the projectile?

Sorry its meant to read 20mm. Each baffle is printed with a 7mm hole in it. The baffle stack is all of my own design.

    Thanks.

Looks like the local libraries 3d printer will be getting used a bit by me in the near future.
