Following this with great interest. Looks like you have a great product there @xring

Will it be a case of buying a bolt, bottom metal and magazines off you for a conversion on any S/A Rem 700 action or is your action proprietary with a 700 S/A footprint for stocks and triggers?

@caberslash We have thought about your first option, but a conversion would cost the same as our actions and our actions come already trued, timed, etc... We can sell the action, bolt, bolt nose and mag and you can get anywhere you want the bottom metal, trigger, bolts, which are M6 and easy to find (action screws). It still a plan tho. Thanks for asking.

about the magazine for the 9mm, its not that easy. first, a feeding ramp must be somewhere and its located on the barrel and mag. if you try to feed a 9mm located on the back of the mag, it will jump up and jam somewhere in the action. it should be as close as possible to the barrel. there's a mechanism to that.
we are going for the looks of it too.
sorry for the tardy reply. i was really busy chilling out

we may have a 22LR for the Rem 700 platform on the go. have a look: 22LR Rem 700 footprint
Have you thought about .30m1 as an option? I would be keen on one of those

I'd don't need it but I lust after it.

Ammo for that will be cheap as there is nothing else that uses it an all the owners had to surrender their M1s (Well most ...) But once that dries up it will be hens teeth.

A mate looked at getting a barrel made for a Baikal to use the rounds he had. But as with all things, the barrel would cost more than he would save on the ammo. I think he managed to get a chamber adaptor made for one of his existing rifles.....
