Got it back on her feet.
If it wasn’t for a broken exhaust stud that I had forgotten about I reckon it would be just about rideable by tomorrow
Hopefully get it all done next week.

What's your approach regarding those welded on nuts that are now filled with Galv?
Is it just a re-galv on otherwise sound parts @Shootm or are you replacing bits of the frame? I see heaps of second hand ones for sale with rusted out frames, wondering if they might be salvageable (your next winter project )

A bit more progress tonight. New exhaust stud in so all systems go from here.

Don't forget to remove rear axle and lube splines if you don't already know about this. Saves splines stripping and wrecking diff as well. Looking real good. Great effort.
A bit more done over the weekend. Just little bits to do like bleed the front brakes, change the oils, air cleaner and spark plug, recover the seat and buy a new battery.

Would love to get one of these sorts of projects to Cerakote, have a trail bike frame coming and have done plenty of bike parts but not a full frame and parts yet... reckon it'd look great for a custom finish
Awesome job by the wat as well, come up well.
