    They look really good, any idea of how it wears my shitty black ruger stock could do with an upgrade.

    I've been thinking about painting my laminated wood stock but I want it to be really durable and waterproof, does any one know of a clear coating to go on top of the paint that would be good for this?

    Seems to wear ok so far have four coats of clear on these I think the key is to give the clear heaps of time to cure before doing to much with it don't know how it will hold up to solvent cleaners on it tho

    Might give it a go on my Marlin. No worries about cleaning solvents, you have to take it out of the stock to clean it anyway. I'm trying to think of a really offensive colour combo first, any suggestions?
