    One of my benchs is 950 and the other is 970. The 950 is the one I use the most mainly because the other has a bloody big lathe on it

    A bit of a split bench for me. Lifted where the 650 press is and then a side (and bigger) bench lower where I can sit. Also have a 'mobile' bench/table made with a old office desk as a top, and made out of tube and fence fittings - bloody good (will try and get some pics.....)

    Biggest best thing, was adding a bit of upside down tread plate under the presses. Glued underneath and both presses bolted through. They do not move a mm.

    On reflection, I think I would make it all out of steel, with a layer of wood(ply/custom wood) next time. And certainly all painted white again - great for finding screws/springs/little things when they go ping.....
    Please excuse spelling, as finger speed is sometimes behind brain spped........ Or maybe the other wayy.....
