Thank for all the great comments guys.
Do you guys reckon I should put checkering on it? Around pistol grip and forend? or would it be to much?.
The reason I havn't yet is I don't have checkering tools.

Im working loads to match the scope at different ranges, whether I add more or less powder or set bullet in or out further.
Was shooting out to 500yards the other day got a 1" group ...Bloody Awesome! but had a 7-9" drop on the 500yard post in the scope. (Leupold Boone and crockett).
Cant ask for better than that!.
At the moment, I'm using 140 grain Hornady A-max.

Your are a craftsman and artist. I appreciated your artwork and your eye for detail. Would be great if we make another together for mine, with your help sometime. Were you a sniper before, mate? Cheers.

I hope to get some hunting footage of it soon. I've changed scopes on it but still shoots very well, I shot a sub moa at 100 yards, out of 3 rounds 2 were touching.
I have it sighted at 1 1/2 - 2" high at 100 yards, and about 1/4" high at 50 yards.
    I've loaded 140 Hornady A-max 45 grain N560 VihtaVuori powder.
I'm looking forward to my first kill with it.
Follow my youtube channel for my up and coming videos.
    Cheers guys.

p.s I've put the other scope to my 222 bruno.

    Thanks Shuuter.
When I was in the Territorial force, Infantry - rifleman, few years ago now. I was the top marksman in the 6 Hauraki Battalion winning the freyberg shooting competition with the steyr weapon in Waiouru in May 1990.
Someday I want to make a dvd on shooting and hunting tips and tricks.
