    Greetings @blip,
You seem to have both 6.5 and 7mm well covered so the 6mm Creedmoor could be a candidate or the 6mm Remington. Your current rifle likely has a 9" twist so please make sure that any 6mm has an 8" twist. The 25-08 (25 Souper) would be an option and you could use a .260 Rem die as a body die and a .25 calibre neck die for loading if you can't get a specific. A 250 Savage would be a choice but you may have to neck up 22-250 brass. At the end of the day this is likely a rifle you want rather than need so the options are endless. Even the plain old .308 would be an option, or the 358 win or, you get the picture.
    Regards Grandpamac.

Go 25 Creedmoor - thats what i did,. Factory headstamped brass, and just use a 257 neck sizing die with a 6.5 creedmoor body die.
I just bought a reamer from Mansons - easy as.
115 berger at 2785 with 6 shots into 11mm - sorted. Wish some other rounds were as easy to develop!

The .244 Rem was Remington's 6mm released in 1955 before Winchester came out with the .243. Skipping over the historical bits, hunters favoured the .243 as it could be bought with 100gr bullets, and rifles with a faster twist rate, where the .244 Rem was sold with nothing bigger than an 87gr, and the rifles twist rate limited to that size bullet. Remington decided they'd made a mistake, and re-released it a few years later and renamed it the 6mm Remington, with 100gr load options and new rifles with a faster twist rate. It was too late though, the .243 was the market favourite and the 6mm Rem fell out of favour, except for people who love obscure shit like me.

Sorry OP, off on a tanget there...
