Thread: NEA Rail Removal Frustration :(

Hey guys (and girls), I've tried to remove the NEA rail on my AR. I took out the two screws on the bottom and tried giving it a tug/twist and nothing. Does anyone know/can tell me how to remove the rail? Do I need a heat gun? Thanks in advance

Are you talking about the whole railed foregrip?

That should be it... just work the rail forward... I recall I had to carefully give it a few thumps by holding onto the rail and gentle tapping the barrel on the SOFT carpeted floor...
worked, was just tight.

Small twist to the right then pull it forward, you can see a little tab on the right hand side where the rail meets the upper.

I was scared if there was threads and maybe stripping them but it seems i just pull it off aye?

Aside from that its just the 2 screws at the bottom? No other screws im missing?
