    Cheers Toby.Waiting on checkering tools. Should arrive next week . Will have to practise a fair bit on some scrap wood before I attack the stock.

    Sweet. That stock you have built for the SAUM is mint. This one looks just as nice. Did you float the barrel on the Ruger? interested to see how it shoots compared to the original stock.

    Both Rugers, SAUM and WSM are floated and beaded with pillars. SAUM started life as 270wsm

    Cheers stug. Yeah pretty happy with it . Finishing took longer than it should have, but learned a bit along the way, should be able to cut time by half next time.
