    Try taking your pics outside in natural light and you'll have better results. Always nice to see natural talent come thru from a knife maker.

    Hi Shelley

    I sent you a PM with a lot more information, but the easiest way, is just search Etching Makers mark on YouTube.

    You do not need anything fancy, you can get it done with nail polish, a 12 V battery charger and salt water!

    The most difficult thing is to get a stencil that looks professional. Remember any metal that is uncovered and exposed to the electrical current through the salt water will be etched. I have unfortunately ruined a lot of blades with the electricity and salt water going where it was not supposed to go.

    Good luck with the knife making and shout if I can give more advise. It is a fantastic hobby!
