About LinkBacksYup, barrel nut design and easy disassembly of bolt + availability of alternate bolt faces. Would be a "genuine" Savage (11,14 or 16), not Axis.
Gives me a bit more options to play with compared to Remmy, where I would pretty much be limited to same boldface, so that would be 308 and 22-250.

The earlier ones have a slotted barrel nut that you can get a spanner for. The newer stuff has a smooth barrel nut that requires a more complicated and expensive tool.

Here is my magazine with a 223 in it and a 308 beside it, and with the 308 sitting on top. Should give you an idea of size.
