I dunno...hunting at night in the boonies might be harder than you think. I tried possum hunting using a camcorder on the scope. I may or may not have accidentally taken a brief walk down a slope into a very cold creek.
Its not something im gonna bother with.
Ooops hit the add to cart button might need a 3rd morgage now

these are rabbits approx 160m away - with different lenses and levels of digital zoom
The images are taken via a camera - actual view is a better
This isn't from a rifle scope But you get the idea anyway
2 of the images (on 1x zoom) don't have rabbits, but show the area (i didn't notice it was on 2x when the obliging rabbits where around)
Oh 1 image contains something that should get a laugh
Thats really is awesum.
Like beibg in an ac130 gunship on on3 of my computer games
If only I didnt have to sell my car to buy one.
Konus binoculars " The power to imagine"
had a play with one of your thermals sold to a friend during the day, I cant wait to see what they do at night
they are even better (temp differential is higher at night)
Wait until I have images of the 640 core up thats 77,000 pixels of the 320 about vs 307,000 of a 640!!
What model has he got?
Do you or will you be doing range finders?
Anything decent really. Have been really tempted to buy one of those gunwerks g7 br2, tried getting the Mrs to find one well she's in the states at the moment but all the stores have a shit selection. Still trying to justify the cost vs how much it would get used but was just having a look at these Yukon Scout 30x50WA and 20x50 spotting scope by Yukon Optics New Zealand for a bash.
What are you looking at getting in?
