    that was a couple of different rifles i was shooting on the same targets so some of the taped up holes are from different rifles

    Cool, some initial thought would be:

    Use or borrow a torque scredriver and make sure the action screws are done up correctly
    Clamp a block to the front of the bench so you can push against it and load the bipod lightly
    Let the barrel cool down between shots

    I struggle to get decent loads for 223 with 2208.

    Finer grained powders are easier to stay away from compressed loads. If you have 2206h, or even better BM2 maybe try that.

    Ok ive got 06h ill,try that i have had it out of the stock to agjust trigger and it improved it after i put it bacK in was thinking shoot it off a bag as well
