11million a year! Where do they come up with that figure? I’m feeling we tax payers aren’t getting value for our dollar.

I feel like an official information request is required. Certainly looks like they're spending the 11 million dollars on hindering us rather than helping.

Renewals can be turned down. People can change in ten years. An example; dementia can be an issue with some (especially elderly) renewal applicants. It's not they would deliberately hurt someone with a firearm more so that they can regularly forget to unload or put their firearms away.
