Just gives the antis more ammo, makes the levels for a fit and proper person pretty low.... What a disgrace

Wait until this clown injures some body with his stupidity he's been very lucky he and his equally idiotic mates have not killed some one,
The judge will look like a right Pratt giving him his license back then it happens his luck can't hold out for ever.

Ive always respected Richie McCaw (from the way he conducts himself off the field not just because he is an All Black) I have gotta say Im second guessing him here. I dont know Andrew Hore but 2 unrelated cases of using firearms like a meathead doesnt give me much confidence.

After shooting at seals he should have lost it for good.
He should also have been banned from representing our country on the sports field.

These are the times he got caught, mind, the guy must be a complete tool. Shouldn't have a pop gun let alone a firearms license. Bloody disgrace.

It's a bloody disgrace! Looks like it's now a right and not a privilege?
It's a right, legally. If you are "fit and proper", you have the right or legal entitlement to apply for and be granted a firearms license. It's a retarded meaningless soundbite either way though. Much like Hore (retarded Maniototo farmer, whom someone obviously has considered to be "fit and proper")

Gimps right on a FAL being a right. Law stipulates that a license "shall" be issued, of course if the person is deemed fit & proper which in Hore's case, the bar seems awfully low.

It comes down to how much $ you have & how bad you want your licence back how do you describe fit & proper in the court room ?
