That idiot needs to have the book thrown at him when some one intentionally shoots at any one I do not give a fuck if it is a proper firearm or slug gun they need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, especially if he had caused grievous bodily harm to the people through his utterly stupid actions.

This incident is just one step away from some of the mass killings at schools and if this guy slips through the system and gets access to a military or high powered rifles, the rest will be history
