In all honesty, I am not too keen on semis for hunting on public land. Plenty of cowboys out there that substituted bad shooting skills with volume of fire.

For pest control and recreational target shooting absolutely. On private land also.

The sooner those places shut down because they are broke the better.
You have your wish. News Hub is gone. Is that a good thing? We will now only have State owned TV news.

State-owned maybe (state-influenced might be more accurate) but they mainly reflect the values of previous management, and the inner-city cafe culture of their journalists. I notice they ask opinions from passing people in Auckland and Christchurch. The responses might be very different in Taihape and Eketahuna.

SO once they are gone we can replace the whole lot with actual reporters who do actual presentation of information in a balanced way without pushing agendas.....? Heres hoping

the one thing my old Rem 742 semi did that a lot of firearms I have used were sadly lacking in and that was they handled like a shotgun -

Hah. Do they exist nowadays? While I defend reasonable journalism agains knee jerk bias, it is becoming the exception

Nicole will be a formidable advisary whenever this is debated. From what I've seen she channels the breathing, focus, trigger control and concentration on the target in debates and stays calm much to the annoyance of her opponents.
