    You're FAL details are already in the system.
    You can't physically register a firearm not held by you.
    Thats how f**ked up the system is. You still have to register......

    It's really not. Well, at least this part of it.

    You get activated by whatever activating event then you have to register your firearms. If you have nothing then you go into the system and declare you have nothing to register. Job done.
    If you didn't do that then it looks like you refused to register your firearms then it starts to look fishy to them.

    But thats the whole point. You are already in the system as having a fal.
    How is putting yourself in another system going to make it any different?
    Pointless exercise that just costs money and achieves literally nothing... but thats bureaucracy I supposed
