What I find incredible, is that he was a "high-ranking officer" and would so obviously qualify for a license, and could certainly afford the application fee being quite senior, but saw himself as above the law. What a piece of shit.
I wonder what "high-ranking means"? Presumably because he has name suppression and if they can't mention his actual rank because it more would more or less ID him by dint of there being so few of that particular rank in that area..? Is this an Inspector or something like that? State of it
