    My renewal isn't due until 2027 so I guess I'll be doing it then.

    I heard a similar thing - that triggering an activation event is getting "easier and easier" and that more interactions between FSA and LFOs are being prioritised as a means of triggering more people into the register. I don't know if this is true of course...

    Applied for a mail order form for a barrel I purchased, received a email to state that this was a registration activating event. When I supplied the relevant paperwork stating it wasn't the request was not followed up.

    So basically they want you to follow their interpterion or they stonewall your request ?

    No. sent me the mail order then received another email stating it was an event that activated firearm rego, the "proof" was very vague, offered the information which is on Gunworks site and haven't heard back.

    Understand after asking around there is a bit of a "push" out there to speed up the rego
