    It can get ugly aye.

These bloody lawyers have a lot to answer for.

Over the years ive seen them lie, obstruct, wilfully mislead, not return calls, overcharge, bully, give bad advice and just generally be fuckwits.

Sorry, I don't hold barristers in much regard at all. They seem to view the legal process as a money making game, and the defendants get shafted in the middle of their games. (and, after they have emptied their bank account that is).

Ive seen a few in action whom I think should be de barred.

All these replies are proving my motto: 'happy wife, happy life.'

It also shows that the best investment (time, effort and money) you can ever make is in your relationship/marriage.

Identify your target beyond all doubt because you never miss (right?) and I'll be missed.

The more I read from here, the more concerns I got for breaching laws and local rules by accident and unknown. I do `t speeding but I am a fast driver. I drink but never got drunk in my life, bad hangovers used to. Bar fight...I can do but I do `t think I will get many chances since I am an early bird, the only place I will go at night occasionally s casino. Play some poker games and enjoy the best pizza in the world.

The concern is two things, one is trespassing. I felt no matter how good I am with those maps and how careful I will, I still may have a chance to meet a farmer who tells me I am on his/ her land. Is `t it? Second is discharge rife at a lawful ground without any complaints (reports) I am 100% willing to apply any rules, but sometimes I feel the argument is not what I can control by the rules of law, but the costs will be all my. So any farm owner or farm manager, hope you could give me some advice. I really really do `t want to any troubles. Or, if you found me on your land, please do `t report me immediately, I am no harm to you or your operation at all, I just lost I will buy you beers, whiskey, wine, lures, fishing lines.....let `s be friendly. Thank you

Thanks MD, yes the NZ toppo map is very good, I downloaded almost all the SI maps as well some in NI, printed out all the blocks where I like to explore, even I kept a walking access officer `s cell phone, as she said to me that " if you have any doubt, call me and I will guide you through" nice lady. But, still....I am not like you MD , you knew what mean.

Hot tip given to me if you ever thought she may be the one:
Identify your future potential wife beyond all doubt
Be sure of your future potential wife and whats behind it

I heard this right before a mate left for a one month long bike tour through Peru with his then girlfriend.

I can only suggest choose carefully and pull out before things get really bad. Because ex-partners stabbing the other one (or each other) indicates something has gone very wrong.

Know of a bloke whos son lost his driving licence due to silly shit, and the son lived at home.... well the police turned up at his home to confiscate his firearms and take his FAL as well. All over his sons driving conviction.
Needless to say he was straight on the ph to Nicholas Taylor. Can't remember the outcome.

I think I have mentioned this before but here goes...

My brother was doing some family support / counselling type work some years back. One of his clients had a some recently released from jail for driving convictions. Son was payroled to his fathers house because he had nowehere else suitable. Father was not particularly keen but it is family so you do what you can. Local AO rang and enquired about the situation then told the father he would not be able to retain his FAL while his son was payroled there. AO informed father that he would send an officer there shortly to collect. To which the father replied, "Sure, I will have him (son) packed and ready for you to pick up. If I have to choose between my license and the son, it is an easy choice as he had bailed his son out many times before."

AO suddenly did not want to come out and collect anything- Father kept his license.

Interesting story. I might add that isn't this why only the license holder of the household knows where the keys are for the safe access?

Heres an idea and one i follo0w -dont get yourself noticed by boys in blue I avoid them like I avoid dental bills!
Regarding your firearms choose wisely who you tell what. If someone asks you about a firearms matter ,theres no harm in being polite or vague as you feel you need to be . My only departure from this has been twice when neighbours have approached me with picking up live 9mmpistol rounds after armed offenders operations!I had great delight in handing these over to "visiting"policemen in the street .the young female constable was a pleasure to deal with but her sidekick sledgehammer had to hitch his gunbelt up twice before he tried to menace me with his wrap around sunglasses!he was built like a racing paslode nail!.Policemen should know better to tidy up after themselves.
in terms of marital breakups -i was lucky we agreed it was us two who felll out and our child was not a party to the acrimony but our joint responsibility.. Im still friendly with my ex wife and respect her for this. iIt!
