Of course the actual rules state "every firearm" and "when you are ready to fire".
She confirmed she knows nothing about firearms or hunting, but also denied putting her own "touch" on the very simple rules.
She simply copied and pasted the content in the press release issued by the police

I'll ask for a copy of the press release.

What about your mates firearm? If he is a license holder, he should be following the same rules. If he is not he should be right beside a licience holder when discharging a firearm. I don't quite see your point on that one. Or am I missing something?

The 7 basic rules are failsafe if followed correctly.
