    They list their council here.

Act's policy is fairly good too, they made it after the law and order select committee recommendations.

"Continue to oppose proposed changes to the firearm registration process as they are expensive and unenforceable. ACT is also against giving Police new powers to enter the property of firearm license holders, and the plan to create blunt new categorisations of firearms."

Apathy among the firearm community, who make no effort to stand up for their sport or hobby

All of these things are made much worse by division and criticism from within the firearms community

IMO I find that these two things are a serious threat to our sport ^^^

We've seen and read countless times of certain clubs and shops happy to throw others under the bus just because it may differ from their view on certain types of firearms & shooting disciplines. Or they are kissing POLHQ's arse? Or the media sensationalizes the crap out of any gun story just because...

The division among the community needs to stop if we want to retain our hobby and getting behind the likes of COLFO and SSANZ certainly is a start but it shouldn't stop there. You all have a voice so use it - Don't be quiet and sit on the sidelines, give people a shake up on gun politics and get behind a reputable club and support it.

ACT seem sensible on their firearm policy which is good but poling at 0.6% currently is a wasted vote IMO.

Labour, Top, and the green are probably not pro hunting and pro guns. There is an outdoor party and 1080 party as well who could be in our favour, but again a tiny drop compare to the three big players.
