Re pistol shooting club attendance. I dont think that the away shoots ever counted toward the minimum 12 attendances, so thats not something new.

Just got an email from the new eedjits in charge of licensing saying that we have noticed that you haven't been shooting your 12

I will enjoy replying to them shortly that the reason for this is the police incompetence and failure to renew my license in a timely manner meaning that I had no license

Not only do they not have a clue, they don't know what a clue looks like

Please get a RO to escort / accompany you to the range , and see that you get your 12 sorted …simply because I can see some nasty little shithead will point out that you haven’t got your twelve , weather it’s your fault or theirs …then they will scream rules are regulations etc ..do not give these fuckwits any wiggle room!

I’ve seen stupidity and believe me it’s more common than commonsense in NZ !

They’re an organised bunch of assholes with one purpose in mind
Any other government agencies that treated people so badly, would have been told to clean up their act.
Although in saying that, health is not much better, delaying cancer treatment

You are not the only one getting such an email as my daughter rang me to tell me she had received one last night. In her instance it is not license renewal that has gotten in the way but her service and training in the Army. Suffice it to say that dad has given her some coaching on how to reply but there were a couple of questions I couldn’t answer for her. The first was “what the fuck is Te Tari Pureke?” And the second “ why didn’t the cunt just pick up the phone, we could have sorted it in a couple of minutes?” She has turned into a bit of a potty mouth in the Army. Ha ha ha ha ….. she would have never heard that sort of language at home.

She followed her old man and joined as Infantry but they broke her on basic and a couple of years down the track she still hasn’t healed up well enough for the rigours of a combat corps so these days is in the Logistics corps as a supply tech at 1RNZIR.

Does it matter how fast the lead is going? Would a brisk walking pace do?

Provided that you're shooting .45 ACP. Just walking next to the round at a brisk pace down range usually does it.

Keep it civil guys, it would be a shame to give people a couple of week break because of name calling.
