    Springers i dont know,Look at the 9mm pcp' s seen roos( big boomers) and pigs put down on em

    Apart from the comment on using an air rifle on a bailed boar, one thing missed so far is that bullets perform very differently on dead animals compared to live ones. A live one having much more animation and muscle elasticity than a dead one.
    This is the reason that manufactures use ballistic gel to advertise the effectiveness of their projectiles as opposed to using porcine cadavers, the data from which would not hold water in any narrative suggesting superior performance of a projectile.
    If porcine cadavers can't necessarily prove superior performance, then they can't necessarily prove excessive risk.
