You know, if you need 100 rounds to kill a deer, maybe hunting isn't your sport.

A certain line from Pulp Fiction comes to mind dude....
All I'm trying to say is there's always two sides of a story. Reporter's are very good at not telling the whole story.
As for pulp fiction, I don't think I ever made it through the whole movie.

GIMP-in reply to your last .
IM AM NOT GOING TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE BY IMPLICATION OR OTHERWISE, FOR THE ACTIONS OF SOME TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE GUN TOTING FUCKWIT, NOR SHOULD ANY OTHER LAW ABIDING GUN OWNER.
if the fucking people charged with enacting firearms law in a proper manner cannot sort it out ,whats the bloody point in constantly rewritng something the pricks dont understand in the first place.
PS-hers your !st clue -this post is utterly devoid of any humour!

    Nothing of note man.

I Know a couple of guys who know him and have gotten a couple of different stories from them on it with two completely different scenarios

Dont worry man no1 believes everything that comes from a reporters story
But the fact that he was charged with poaching again and for having a firearm with no licence means he wasn't under immediate supervision of a FAL holder.
this should definitely not attract a 90day community service order because it makes a mockery out of the laws they currently have aswel as new ones they want to impose to deal with people like him
that mostly just effect Legit firearm users.

Instead of having this debate, please go read this:

FishnHunt - New Zealands Famous Hunting and Fishing Forum Since 1995 - Court Takes Truck

And that should publically air any views possible.

And always safe walking back to the hotel. And great food! - maybe not in that order....

To the orginal post, no licence and gun - full book thrown at testicles, not just wet paper ticket.
