I had the same problem. I called and tried to resolve the problem and initially they didn’t know what to do (I think I described this in more detail earlier in this thread.) 2 weeks later I got a phone call to tell me I need to use a different browser when creating my account/logon. Changing browser eventually worked.
So far I have registered 12 items, which took an hour on the phone. The person on the other end is not likely to be knowledgeable about makes and models but will take your advice on finding the right information. They also have the ability to modify and make new entries in the system based on your advice so don’t feel obliged to stick with the options that they have if you think it’s wrong.
