Haven't done the registration exercise yet. Having done a Police mail order form for ammunition I contacted FSA to check whether this was an activating circumstance for registration. Did so because of all the conflicting statements made regarding this matter. Was pleasantly surprised when referred to Arms Officer and he stated " no, this is not an activating circumstance to trigger registration". I repeated the question to him and he again confirmed this was the case. So not in a big rush to go through the process yet though I know I'll have to do it sometime. overall it was quite a pleasant interaction with both the initial receptionist and the AO. Both were quite happy to answer a few questions, very helpfull. Registration system, still not confident about it.
