    Orakis duckshooting eyeopener

Picked up a new to me gun the other day, and thought I should try it out. Oraki jnr thought he should be having a crack as well. 25 clays, 35 shots between the 2 of us. Last 10 were 3's.
Jnr started off 4/5, me 3/5. Then the banter started. 'Come on old man. Do ya need glasses' etc.
So then it's my turn again5/5, jnr 2/5 followed by 4/5, another perfect by me,using 3s.
Jnrs last round on 3s resulted in 2/5. Noticed a couple of clays when picking them up had been hit, but not broken. The old man claimed them as well.
So we've got our eyes in tune, roll on opening.

Especially as it is just........ well............ Ummm......... right!
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

The boy was against me getting it, he wanted me to get a new camo one about the same price.......until he put a couple of shots through it. Then he thought it should be his.
Once I sorted out where it shot, it's a beautiful thing. Comes to the shoulder nice, the eye is straight on target, and the softest shooting shotgun I've shot.
Thanks @Mathias for putting me onto it. It's a keeper, hand down to the next generation gun

He's been looking down on me for a while now.
Keen shooter..... 3 yr ago he was keen, now he's obsessed. Spends a couple if hours every day on the callers. Duck, Parrie and Goose, and although it drives us nuts, he's pretty good on them. The electronic caller will only be used when he's getting his breath back. He's going up to Nelson for the calling competition to support his mate, and to see what's required for the next one.
There's a thing doing the rounds, introduce your kids to hunting, and they can't afford drugs or alcohol
