    I see where the confussion arises... once I saw dundees link...
    Tori my thoughts - personally I wouldnt play with it... there are other proven methods that work... and the gadges to me are just like an e collar. If I dont know how to do it, I wont play arouns with it.
    Might do more damage than good...

    ive seen petros dog on point when a rabbit broke, we couldn't find petros for half an hour he had run so fast chasing that fur as his dog just sat and watched

    I havent seen my own dog ever point a rabbit in his whole existance...so that would be news to me....

    I can understand why people use pigeons to train for birds due to availability and repeatability, but I can't understand why someone would want to simulate a running rabbit when New Zealand is lousy with the buggers?

    They are supposedly used to make the dog steady to rabbits...have dog on a long line etc and whistle stop...
