as your gsp ages it will slow down with you maybe
given the mutt ive got now who seems more inclined as a pigdog, im bloody missing red.
he wasnt the greatest but he had a good mouth loved heavy cover and handled 99 percent of the work i had for him.
i certainly missing walking in on a point and the heart racing flush of a quail covey

lab cross but it has poor socialisation not stock proof yet .
to hard mouthed and inexperienced for woundies and to focused on the dummy.
but real keen to engage with wild pigs
if thered been a gsp or gsp lab available id a gone for it rediculous prices excluded.

I've had labs all my life and my father before me, then, after I was well into my fifties damned didn't I go get a Wirehair

I met a guy duck shooting today with a Lab, and he said a very funny thing. He said "most spaniels die half trained, and most Labs are born half trained". I had a chuckle to myself.

got a mate with a lab, he keeps telling me the same story,but the labs born 1/2 trained and my GSP will die 1/2 trained.
