    Yes have read all the fine print and too me it's not wort it . As much as I do like my dogs I think about $1,500 .00 would be the limit at one time depending on the injury . Pointer your are bang on with the leg ligaments , been there done that ! Ended up with a "bionic wirehair ". Wasn't far off 6 million in the end . And then you get fuck all years use after that ,as they get too sore and stiff in the back wheels , so you have too put them out to pasture aged 8 .

    Yep, seen it all too many times Munsey. Hurts the heart and the wallet in one long drawn out process. Better to ring a trusted friend to take him for the 'one way hunting trip'

    I have been rung for those trips and i have rung for those trips.
    Declined both ways.
    Bloody hard to shoot a mate even if you don't own it.
    Maybe different if not a dog you know well.

    There is a lot too be said for self insuring as long as you ENsure you do it I worked for a household name corporate that self insured and had a 16 million dollar account that issued staff loans at 3% interest It helped many people buy homes

    + 1 VC can't be done by this kiwi anyway. Maybe if it was in front and urgent but no way otherwise.
