My mate was a mad keen pig hunter , now he's got no dogs , we take my pot licker out, he's not nessasary but has started indicating pigs and has tracked and found shot pigs that have made it to the scrub . If pigs don't get dogged they dont seem to bugger of far and a quiet indicater dosnt make them. , we found we could just pick a mob off 1 and 2 at a time ,we got over 30 one winter like that on one farm . And nice eaters no stinking old boars any more . A DD would be perfect , and of course you can hunt deer and birds all with same dog , too easy (haaaaa)
