    Yip I use my choc lab to find deer she goes pretty well .

    Yup first couple of trips can be a bit frustrating as its new and exciting! I tried to take mine for plenty of walks in bush areas before taking her hunting for a bit of acclimatisation. However the first couple of times she got fresh deer sent up the nose it was like she was snorting crack!!!

    No training tips really as i'm trying to figuring it out as i go. The indicator dog series in the NZ Hunter mag have been useful though.

    Good luck, and enjoy it.
