I have a older friend who does bush hunting with his dog and its crazy how he got him at 6 years old taught him basics then starting get deer with him some dogs are just made for it, its cool

Nah, you were not one of the twats Kawhia, neither was GDT.
A dog 50metres in front of you is no good to you if its chasing possums when you're starting out though, hence the rope for a start and corrections for interest in the animals you're not hunting

Shes just hit 10 weeks now but will want to get her used to a leash for sure
