I read some where about a guy that named his dog "syndrome"
Got some funny looks when he yelled out "DOWN SYNDROME" at the beach etc.
Mine is Named Zac quick and easy to yell
    puku likes this.

    Narrowed it down to "Tia"

(loan) (noun) deer - a general term for all species of deer.
I reira anō hoki te poaka puihi, te tia, te pikopiko me te kōmata (TTR 2000:206). / There there were also wild pig, deer, fern fronds and the tender shoots of the cabbage tree.

When naming think of some of the commands you will use. For instance name the dog "Kip" and it sounds a lot like "Sit" to a dog.... and so on... I find two syllable names totally different to all commands are best. At the end of the day, like racehorses, top dogs fit even the weirdest names.

We had a weekend away to go and collect the pup(s).

Ended up bringing back another as well. Mrs saw it and fell in love with it and there was no way we were leaving it behind, apparently.
So now we have 2 pups. (Tia and Pippa)
I now have to go hunting more often to get dog tucker - Bummer!!

Brought another dog back as well for another couple here in CHCH as well.
So 3 pups and 2 kids in a car for 5hrs wasn't too bad.

I'll post a couple of pics of the girls - when I can get them to stay still for 5 secs lol.

I certainly don't do things the easy way. haha

Tia has a very good nose already and Pippa has got the brains. Will be interesting to see how they develop.

I've always liked the name NADZ for a dog so that if some bugger I don't like walks onto the property I could just point at him and say to the dog "Go NADZ". Alas my missus has never seen the funny side of that.
