would be nice to have the beardie and Smithfield recorded too.

as far as I know the sheepdog trial ass pushed for it.

Why? Because they can't be bothered recording it themselves?

Its not the first time the sheepdog registry has nearly fallen over, and had to be picked up by a dedicated individual. I only asked as this may have been the easier alternative for them?

If their main purpose is a working dog, wouldn't the main demand be from people who want a working dog, and those that show them be in the vast minority?

Quoting Pointer "and sequin-suited wearing homosexual men of the show ring prancing around". Ha ha ha ha I went to a dog show with my missus a couple of years back and that description fits exactly with most of the dudes that were there showing their powder puff dogs (Pomeranians and Pekingese).
Pointer and upnorth uplander like this.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

My father always ran the Smithfield...great all rounders, great hunters (he would take them after rabbits, deer and possums)...have googled them (NZ) a few times...but am yet to see any fotos that depict the Smithfield I knew as a child.
