I dont believe the word "own" should be used when talking of dogs.
We are honoured to have them as loyal soulmates/workmates/ extended family

I should probably add that I OWNED 2 dogs prior to that, they were loyal great mates that I loved and cared for greatly.

That’s so sad for you and your family when u loose a furry friend.

My sympathies to you and family. Good dogs set us a great example of trust, humour, tolerance, love and faithfuness. It's very hard when they go.

Sorry to hear that Roctoy, always a hard decision to let you mate go when its time.

Dogs have that way of been your best mates and every now and then that special one comes along. I always try and think back on all the great adventures I have had together and feel lucky that I have had the dog along to enrich my life along the way.

Know where your coming from it's hard, just been thru the same procedure myself. Haven't come to terms with hunting without her yet, trying to get used to being ankle tapped by a replacement pup and wondering some days why I went down that avenue.

RIP! Have the same on the horizon, certainly know the feeling!
