The new pup, 9 week old wire haired visla called Quinn. Was unplanned as breeder had someone pull out just before lockdown, originally I wanted another pup in about a year but couldn't say no

@Flyblown yeh I have do have high hopes. I've only had him a week but I feel I've chosen the right pup. He's very relaxed and not hyper and picks things up pretty quick...although he seems to be a bit slow when it comes to the cats.....if he bothers them when they're eating = swipe with the paw....annoy them when they're asleep = swipe.....and if the cat is swishing its tail with its ears back cos its pissed off - doesnt mean it wants to play

your "block"s gonna get much bigger real fast based on my current experiences. One of the things I hate most about our current situation is having to wak dogs on leads...............in town.
