I've started training Rosie on pheasant hunting.
I thought I would start by getting her to read this Rod & Gun article.

Got another one, guide dog in training that was too 'driven' but thankfully this house suits him.

"Mouse", yes one eye is red under photography, and one eye is 1/3 blue under normal conditions

Bit of a sad one but our wee girl came home yesterday. Man she managed to get under my skin big time the wee ratbag, sucks when they go young and instead of a lifetime of memories you're left with a whole lot of "if only she was here.."

Really sorry to hear that Ryan
Don't forget to give Bo a heap of pats and treats. He will be down for a bit too
It never gets any easier no matter how much you tell yourself that their suffering is over

my "bo" was a english bull terrier x dogo.
a total mess when we got him, 17kg and starved/ abused
(apologies to ryan at this stage, i dont want to hijack your thread)
took me ages to get him to his normal weight of 35kg. since i fed him on rabbit he thought they were food. no other animal was prey, dogs/cats/horses were just thing he walked passed.
he slept at night with at least one cat, sometimes two. any other cat on the property he would watch, friendly he would leave them along. agro he would chase them off but never bite
as for dogs, he was amazing. every dog was something to play with until he got bitten (he was on a lead) by a lab, lab bit him, then lab bit me. then bo killed lab. horrible thing to be involved in. labs owner was screaming, bo had wounds and my arm was pissing blood.
she's screaming blue murder while i get my dog in the car to the vets . cops turn up at vets.
by this stage vet has done first aid on me, bo haas a few light puncture wounds. her lab is dead.
end result i was invited to court to get vet bills back. didnt bother
