Darren for what it is worth the 5 baffles are dynamite on the 223. No noise just pop.Use a 63gr Sierra and you have murder coming out the end. This is on the T3.The 63gr Sierra is quieter that the 5 baffle T3 running 65gr Sierra. Dont know why but it is.

Hey guys, have a T3 tac barrel. Would you recommend fluting it? I'm guessing you guys still don't do bolts? Additionally, is it worth swapping out the rear alloy baffle in one of your .30 cal suppressors with a steel one?

    Cheers guys.

    Hi,

If you want to save a little weight and like the look then sure, no we don't do bolts. Its worth swapping to a s/s baffle if you have a really short barrel a semi or you put a ton of rounds through it a year.

    Thanks

Be aware also that if your barrel is blued or phosphated it will show some shiny bare metal flutes that you will have to get refinished as DPT does not carry ou the phosphating or blueing of barrels.

@DPT Ok I will consider it. Have a 24" 308 that has the DPT on it ATM. Use it for gong shoots so it gets a fair amount through it. What's the price on a steel baffle? (Will pass on the fluting for now as it is phosphated)
