    They live at Auckland airport. Those boys have a sweet gig, just work out in the gym, read books and sometimes start a fire so they have something to put out.

    They did a salute spray of one of the aircraft and poured so much water in the APU intake that it put it out. Think it may have been a 767? Can't remember.

    your not wrong there @BRADS. It can put down 11,000L while on the move. Carries 2000L of foam to mix with it. Would have been ideal for the photo you posted

    The ones at AIAL spend most of their time going to call out for car crashes around the Cavendish Dr area and paramedic call outs for incoming flights. From what I have heard talking to them it's the setup you want but real hard to get in to as the no one ever leaves once they get the job.
