I just buried a skull in the garden and told the Mrs not to let the dog out the front of the house. She promptly ignored me & let him loose then went for a nap. The dog split the rest of the afternoon between chewing on the rotting head and napping on the floor beside our bed.
The dog and I were both in the doghouse after that

@Billbob yep that was me. Planning a big trip for his birthday later in the year. I take my 10 year old and the boys get on well. I’m just the mule.
