It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

Back to Bugle Busting; I had a G35 Gen 4 beofre my current Para. As mentioned, the factory glock barrel doesn't support the entire 40 case. Therefore, it expands slighting just above the base when fired. If the same cases are being reloaded for the same glock, no problem. But if you are going to reload this brass to fit in a different gun, you will need to run it through a Bugle Buster to allow it to chamber in a "better" gun. ....................... "better" could be replaced with "a gun with a tighter chamber"
I had to do this after buying the Para as the brass fired from a glock just doesn't fit. Also, if you are buying once fired or second hand brass (as most 40S&W shooters do) and are using it in a non-Glock, you will need to run it though the Bugle buster.
I've also found that with the same load, the ammo that had an ES of 100fps in my Glock is actually only a ES of 35fps in the Para.
Bottom line is "a sloppy hole leaves a sloppy mess"
@Tertle If you have some brass you need sorted, either I can do it for you or you can borrow my buster
thanks i may take you up on the offer, but its all now "fire formed" to the Glock, and yes i appreciate that the bulge is only in one direction, however the bulged brass that i really noticed it on was the once fired, no so much from the cases fired from my G22, again im not sure if thats because its a gen3 barrel and some of the issues were addressed??? in the early models??
thats really interesting around your ES too, and a little reassuring as it had me wondering WTF am i doing to get these results, however the ES settled with the higher case volume taken up by the powder.
just waiting for a half pie decent day so i can get down to the range and test fire some loads, using titegroup @ 4.5 4.6 4.7 OAL at around 1.130 give or take +.003 as testing two sets of projectiles!!!!
Busting the budge tonight! Have 1,000 once fired cases. All from Glocks by the look of them.
Most go though without any resistance, but worth the effort.
