About LinkBacksAfter a bit of fiddling I noticed my mag release wasn't actuating fully which was making my mag stick when trying to release as pointed out by @Kiwi Greg not a dig at all as my factory bottom plastic did the same thing.
Easy fix with a flappy disk on the dremel. You can see where I have removed material in the pic below circled in red
